Traktor Kontrol S2MK3
The Traktor Kontrol S2MK3 is Native Instrument’s latest 2-channel DJ controller that offers a wide range of creative manipulation controls that let you take full control over the latest instalment of NI’s proprietary DJ application, Traktor Pro 3. Brand new 5.5-inch jog wheels work to give you super-precise control over your tracks and feature two jog modes; Beatgrid Adjust mode that lets you adjust the beatgrid inside Traktor and Jog mode which provides you with the classic spin-to-nudge control for flawless beat-matching. Each deck is also equipped with eight RGB backlit performance pads that let you trigger hot cues and samples for remixing tracks on-the-fly as well as a large tempo fader with keylock, play/pause and cue buttons, and rotary encoders for looping and moving through a track. The re-designed mixer section provides you with a new FX section that offers four FX slots with a dedicated rotary control on each channel for dialling in unique textures.
M-Audio BX5 D3 speakers
The M-Audio BX5 D3 speakers come equipped with a super-robust 5-inch Kevlar woofer alongside a 1.25-inch silk dome tweeter which both work in perfect harmony to deliver a superior sound and are built to a military-grade specification so you know they’ll be able to withstand the stresses of everyday use. The speakers are perfect for both music producers and DJs thanks to the high-quality sound and excellent build-quality that is both lightweight and durable. The BX5’s work to reduce ‘cone-breakup’ as well as unwanted low-end resonances that will ruin your mixdowns while still providing you with accurate frequency coverage that is dynamic and pristine. A tweeter waveguide works to direct frequencies more accurately and prevents the unwanted scattering of frequencies even when played at a high sound pressure level.
